There are monthly luncheons on the third Thursday of each month at Scott's Restaurant in Walnut Creek. You can expect to hear from experts practicing in a wide range of activities involved in workers' compensation, such as attorneys (applicant and defense), claims personnel, physicians, and investigators. Our monthly luncheon meetings feature highly qualified speakers on a variety of workers’ compensation topics including the latest “hot” and sometimes controversial issues!

Meetings are structured to provide maximum benefits while minimizing time away from the workplace and are available to all workers' compensation professionals at cost saving member price.

There are annual half day educational seminars taught by leading industry experts. The instructors are practicing professionals who relate their day-to-day experiences in effectively handling workers' compensation claims. 

Each summer, DVICA sponsors the annual golf tournament with dinner immediately following. 

Each December, all members can look forward to the annual DVICA Holiday Party. Donation proceeds are provided to fellow non-profit organizations that serve the greater East Bay community.
